In this series of workshop, you will have an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the classical Pilates method beyond your certification.
Each Month will explore an exercise or group of exercises of the Method: we will explore the components of the movement, the challenges, how to help students develop the skills needed to approach the exercise and connect them to the whole Pilates system.

This is a foundational exercise we all learn in our first week of Pilates, that is key to so many exercises progressions in the entire Pilates System. The series is perhaps the most sophisticated task we’ll require of our beginner student..
We will look at:
the proper mechanics of the exercise with a deeper look at the PSOAS muscle
correct position for SUCCESS!
where in the whole system we can find the same “pattern”
as we progress, how to transition from one spine shape to the other efficiently
variations for different purposes and students
