Private Lessons are for you if:

  • You are new to Classical Pilates or Pilates in general and you require more guidance to understand the fundamental principles of Pilates

  • You are looking for sessions more tailored to your needs and level

  • You are working on a specific goal and you need a fine tuned lesson to compliment your Open Studio practice

Pilates Group Classes: Beginners

Beginners sessions are classes of max 2 people, designed to provide the necessary foundation for the practice ahead in the OPEN LEVEL classes.

They prepares your body with the skills required to practice safely on ALL the Pilates equipment gradually

These group classes are for you if: 

  • You are at the beginning of your Pilates’ journey and you need more guidance with some of the fundamental exercises and equipment.

  • You are not familiar with the order of Reformer and Mat workout for your level.

  • You are getting familiar with all the apparatus of the Pilates method

  • You want to practice Pilates with a friend!

These sessions are designed to help you become familiar with the Pilates Method, gain independence and work on a program that is tailored to you

These are great classes to build your strength, mobility and stability, building awareness about what your body needs.

Pilates Classes Hong Kong

Open Levels Classes

.These OPEN LEVEL classes are for you if: 

  • You can work more independently and you are ready for the next step in your Pilates’ practice

  • You want to explore Mr. Pilates’s work in more detail and you are ready to develop a good grounding as a Pilates practitioner

  • You are familiar with most of the Pilates apparatus

  • You are confident with the Classical “order”

These sessions are a great way to gain independence, improve your confidence in the studio and progress in your Pilates journey.

Above all, to build a HABIT of REGULAR PRACTICE.

Advanced booking is required as the studio has limited slots for open studio sessions.

Teachers’ Open Studio

.Teachers’ Open Studio is for you if: 

  • You are a certified instructor interested in bridging into Classical Pilates because you want to go back to the roots of the Method

  • You want to take the next step in your Classical Pilates practice and deepen your understanding of the Pilates System in your own body

  • You are looking for a supportive space to fine tune your technique, share your journey with other teachers in our community and…….. honour JH Pilates’ approach

Teachers’ Open studio sessions are 75 minutes: you workout under Karin’s supervision and then we work on a concept, skill or exercise you need/want to deepen your knowledge.
