Each Month will explore an exercise or group of exercises of the Method: we will explore the components of the movement, the challenges, how to help students develop the skills needed to approach the exercise and connect them to the whole Pilates system.

where and how to practice the exercise, get the movements into the body before practising them on the reformer without change the exercise
