In this series of workshop, you will have an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the classical Pilates method beyond your certification.
Each Month will explore an exercise or group of exercises of the Method: we will explore the components of the movement, the challenges, how to help students develop the skills needed to approach the exercise and connect them to the whole Pilates system.
NOVEMBER: This month we will explore the STOMACH MASSAGE SERIES
This month, we will focus on
how to build the skills required for such a dynamic exercise we all learn on day one of our Pilates journey
the opening and lifting of the back of the body and how we use the 4 exercises of this series to prepare for huge amounts of lifting to come on the Short Box
correct positioning and how to help us and our students get the juice out of the exercise
the brisk tempo to give us a steady rhythm to build stamina
where in the system we can connect the dots!
